Nigerian Canadian Business Association Hosts Think Mining Conference

The Nigerian Canadian Business Association organised a conference recently. The special guest of Honour, The Honourable Minister of Solid Minerals , Dr. Kayode Fayemi, spoke extensively on the reforms, decisions and implementation strategies that have been designed to fully propagate the growth of the Solid Minerals Industry in Nigeria. Case studies of real life challenges faced in the industry were presented by Bill Nkemdirim of Sapid Agencies Limited.
David Gladwell, a renowned Canadian geologist who attended by skype, talked about his experience with solid minerals in Africa and advised that the Ministry partners with credible Nigerian Universities on research and developmental efforts.
