Business Networking Cocktail

NCBA Business networking cocktail held on January 26th 2018 in Victoria Island, Lagos.

It was a time of networking and sharing economic insights as industry giants gathered under the auspices of the Nigerian Canadian Business Association. In his opening remarks, the High Commissioner of Canada to Nigeria, Christopher Thornely, emphasised the importance of SME ‘s in rejuvenating the Nigerian economy.

The Deputy high commissioner of Canada to Nigeria, James Christoff, commended the efforts of the NCBA members and encouraged them to continue to promote bilateral trade between both countries. The Chairman of the board of trustees of the NCBA, Dr Uduimo Itsueli, appreciated the efforts of the Canadian High Commission in encouraging the NCBA and requested that Canadian businesses take advantage of the growth, in various sectors of the Nigerian economy to lend technical support where required.
